Delivery
We offer delivery services within the UK with the following options:
- UK Standard Delivery (2-5 Working Days): Free for orders £40 or over.
- UK Second Class Delivery (2-4 Working Days): £3.95.
- UK Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days, weekdays only): £9.95.
Order Processing Times:
- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm, excluding bank holidays.
- Orders received outside these hours will be processed the next working day.
- Express delivery orders received after 1 pm on Fridays will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
Note: During busy periods such as offers, Black Friday, and Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.
Potential Shipping Delays:
Due to recent Royal Mail strikes, there may be delays in delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We recommend making your holiday purchases early to avoid disappointment. Even if tracking information is not updated, most orders are in transit and will be delivered soon. Please check your order page on our website for updates. We will send a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Returns
We aim to process orders accurately, but if any issues arise, we are committed to resolving them promptly. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return unopened products in their original condition within 14 working days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Please Note:
- Fragrance Oils in clear or crystal bottles are exempt from refunds.
- We do not offer refunds on promotional, reduced, or discounted items unless the product is damaged (proof of damage required).

Returns, exchanges, and replacements will be processed upon receipt of your items. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending items back to us, as we cannot reimburse the cost of return postage.
