If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, we will happily cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, refunds are typically reflected in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment method.

Shipping

We proudly offer fast and reliable shipping across the United Kingdom. Orders over £40 qualify for free standard shipping — perfect for trying your new signature scent with no extra cost.

For orders under £40, shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination. You can view estimated shipping costs and delivery times at checkout before completing your order.

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. Express shipping options are also available at checkout where applicable.

Please note that shipping rates are based on the weight of your order, which you can find on each product page. To reflect carrier policies, weights may be rounded up to the next full pound when calculating shipping costs.
